Orders

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Resale or suspected bulk buying behavior

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with order details. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in your local currency, where applicable, and are exclusive of shipping and applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, Shopify Payments, Afterpay, Klarna, and other secure options offered at checkout. If your payment method is declined, your order will not be processed.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship from our Dallas, Texas-based warehouse. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.

Once your parcel is marked delivered, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on full-priced ready-to-wear garments within 14 days of delivery. Sale items, archive styles, and worn or washed garments are not eligible. Returns are issued as store credit only. Exchanges are not offered. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

Product Availability

Products displayed on our Site are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity. We reserve the right to discontinue or update products at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to images, copy, graphics, logos, and product designs — is the property of Staple and Hue LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any materials without prior written permission.

User Conduct

By using this Site, you agree not to:
