we accept returns on full-priced ready-to-wear items within 14 days of delivery.
returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
we do not offer exchanges.
returns are not accepted for:
• sale items, final sale styles, or studio archive pieces
• garments worn, washed, or returned outside the 14-day window

returns that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

• submit your return request via our online returns portal within 14 days of delivery
• once approved, your return must be posted within 3 business days to:

• we are not responsible for lost return parcels
returns will be issued as store credit to repurchase your preferred item(s).
refunds are only available for items with manufacturing faults.
if you paid using Klarna:
in line with Klarna’s policy, orders placed using Klarna and returned within 14 days of delivery will be refunded to your original payment method — no store credits or restocking fees apply to klarna purchases.
original shipping costs are non-refundable.
please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed once received.

if your item arrives faulty or marked, please contact us immediately before washing or wearing.
we do not accept returns for garments damaged due to wear, incorrect washing, or improper handling.
we reserve the right to refuse returns from customers flagged for excessive returns, bulk buying, or suspicious activity.
