all orders are dispatched from our warehouse in texas, usa.
standard shipping is free on orders over $199 (local currency equivalent).
please allow 1–3 business days for processing. once shipped, tracking will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
estimated delivery times
• u.s. + canada: 1–7 business days (based on shipping option at checkout)
• international: approx. 14 business days (standard post)
we primarily ship via ups, fedex, or dhl, depending on your location.
please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.

if your parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, please email us and we’ll provide proof of delivery and assist further.
undeliverable parcels
if an incorrect/incomplete address is entered at checkout, or the parcel is unclaimed, it may be returned to sender.
once your order arrives back to our warehouse, we’ll contact you to arrange a new shipping label and redirect your order.
order changes + sale period policies

if your order ships before we respond to your customer service email, it is your responsibility to return any incorrect items.

we cannot add/remove items after a sale order is submitted. to order additional pieces, please place a new order.
combining orders
our dispatch system is automated. once orders are placed separately, they cannot be combined.
delays + shipping carriers
if your order is delayed, check your tracking link or contact your carrier first.
we’ll do our best to notify affected customers of known delays.
if your parcel is deemed lost or missing, please contact us and we’ll support however we can.
customs + duties
we do not cover customs fees or import taxes.
please ensure your delivery address is secure — we’re not liable for damage, theft, or loss after delivery.
if an item becomes unavailable post-purchase, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
