How do I apply a discount code?
Discount codes are entered via your shopping cart at check out. Simply enter the discount code and select apply.
I signed up as a VIP, how do I use my 10% off discount code?
Once you have subscribed, you will receive an email with a VIP discount code. If you do not receive your subscription email, we suggest checking your junk/spam folder. If you still experience issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are sale items final sale?
Sale items are final sale unless deemed faulty.
How long does it take to process my order?
We endeavour to ship all orders within one business day of your order being placed. Please allow 24 hours for our warehouse to process your order if it was placed on a Weekend or Public Holiday
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
If you wish to amend your order after it has been placed, please email us within 24 hours and we will try our best to accommodate. Please note we are unable to amend your order if it has already been shipped.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email displaying the items you purchased along with your order number. If you do not receive this email and believe your order was successfully placed, please contact us as soon as possible: email@example.com.
Whatdo I do if I receive a faulty item?
Our garments are all individually inspected and in brand new condition before they are posted to our customers. Please contact us within two days of receiving your goods if your items are damaged or faulty. If an item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we request that you send a photo as soon as possible so we can assess the issue & establish a mutual satisfactory outcome. If not reported within two days, we will not issue a refund. If you are eligible for a refund, your items will be refunded through its original tender type. *Please note your initial shipping charges are non-refundable*.
